Due to the nature of our products and services, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a purchase is completed.


Cancellations and Rescheduling

We understand that life can be unpredictable, and we do our best to accommodate changes to your schedule. Our cancellation and rescheduling policy is as follows:

  • Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 12 hours prior to your appointment to avoid any charges.
  • Cancellations made less than 12 hours before your appointment will result in a $25 charge of the cancellation fee.
  • No-shows will incur a $25 for the cancellation fee.

Gift Cards & Packages

  • Gift cards are non-refundable, but they can be used towards any service or product at TD Beauty Spa.
  • Prepaid packages (e.g., multiple sessions purchased in advance) are non-refundable. However, unused sessions can be rescheduled within the validity period.
